HR Support to Assigned Business Units. Partner with assigned business units to support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle within a shared services model. Guide employee relations matters including performance management, documentation, investigations, and corrective action. Support recruiting activities including role intake, job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination with hiring leaders. Provide day-to-day HR support related to policies, benefits, payroll coordination, and general employment matters. Support onboarding and integration across business units, including acquisitions and organizational transitions. Coordinate leave of absence administration in partnership with the HR/ Leave Specialist. HR Operations Oversight. Execute core HR processes including onboarding, background checks, E-Verify, employment changes, records management, employment verifications, and HR service requests. Oversee workers’ compensation and unemployment administration, including claims management, documentation, audits, and manager support. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of HR transactions through oversight, prioritization, and quality control. Provide coaching, direction, and daily support to the HR/ Leave Specialist, including workflow management, training, and backup coverage. Compliance, Systems & Process Improvement. Maintain and improve centralized HR tools, templates, SOPs, workflows, and system documentation to drive consistency and efficiency. Serve as a resource for HR systems and shared processes, supporting training, troubleshooting, and documentation across teams. Conduct audits of HR records and practices to ensure compliance with internal standards and employment regulations (including I-9, E-Verify, and employee files)Partner with HR leadership to identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities across shared services. Support HR onboarding, acquisitions, and cross-company initiatives to ensure alignment and operational continuity. Employee Experience & Engagement. Support employee experience initiatives across onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding. Manage select engagement and recognition programs, including administration of the Sabbatical Program (eligibility, tracking, reporting, and coordination with HR and payroll)Support employee engagement surveys, including communication, system support, and follow-up actions. Contribute to shared tools, best practices, and culture-building initiatives across the organization. Location: Corporate HR Office - Avon, CO - Start Date: May 2026 Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round Schedule: 9-5, M-F, occasional nights/weekends Pay Rate: $75 k - 90 k / DOE - Posting Closes: 5/30/2026 or when filled. Is adaptable, able to shift between strategic thinking and hands-on execution as needed Minimum Requirements Education 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred. Experience 2–4 years of experience and/or training across core HR functions. HR experience in hospitality, real estate, or development industries preferred. Guest service and administrative experience preferred. Experience supporting managers with employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary conversations, and investigations. Skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills; English fluency required, Spanish proficiency preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships. High level of self-awareness and situational awareness. Strong time management and attention to detail.
