Our Cincinnati Customer Care Center is currently seeking an account manager to handle policies being serviced by the Cincinnati Customer Care Center on behalf of our independent agents. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Be ready to:act as the primary point of contact for policyholders and agencies partnered with the Customer Care Centercreatively resolve challenges or obstacles to provide superior customer service by taking ownership and initiativeeffectively and efficiently manage tasks using proficient time management, organizational skills and collaborationidentify and explain coverage gaps and exposures to insureds using language understandable to non-insurance professionalsunderwrite and price policies, including direct correspondence with policyholdersuse technology to analyze reports to determine profitability and pricing needs for renewal and new business opportunitiesmaintain overall quality and efficiency of work performed on the teammaintain an assigned territory size and volumemeet high demand of requests within stated service standards while maintaining accuracyassist with training new associates as needed. Be equipped with:ability to analyze situations and make decisionsclearly explain complex insurance issues to customers with little to no insurance knowledgelearn coverage forms, company products, company appetite and procedureswork autonomously with attention to detailuse various software and operating systemscollaborate with others to get results, including being flexible and open to changethe ability to maintain license through continuing education according to state requirements. Bring education and experience from:high school diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree preferredan active property and casualty insurance license is preferred; however, candidates will be required to obtain within 3 months of hire 2 years of property and casualty insurance experience requiredexperience with underwriting and/or risk selection within a carrier or agency preferred.
