Overseeing project portfolios, defining standards, and aligning projects with business goals, acting as a bridge between leadership and project teams to ensure successful, timely, and budget-compliant delivery. Key responsibilities include establishing methodologies, managing resources, controlling budgets, mentoring project managers, facilitating governance, managing risks, ensuring adherence to internal & external quality standards, and providing high-level reporting to stakeholders, focusing on strategic alignment and performance. Responsibilities. Responsible for ensuring department goals/objectives are met and align to Firestone Airide's overall strategy. Providing transparent reporting to senior management and stakeholders on project status and benefits. Supervising PMO staff, mentoring project managers, and coordinating cross-functional teams to accept policy, practices, and approaches. Allocating resources effectively, managing budgets, tracking deliverables, and overseeing overall risk management. Ensuring portfolio of projects meet milestone and budget requirements, identifying the opportunities, risks, and associated mitigations. Minimum Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree; 8 years of relevant experience including 5 years management or leadership experience - or Master’s degree; 6 years of relevant experience including 4-5 years management or leadership experience. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-program initiatives. Solid background as a Project or Program Manager with proven delivery success. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional verbal, written, and stakeholder management abilities. Pragmatic approach with financial knowledge and a commercial outlook. Preferred Qualifications. Engineering, science or technical BS. Experience with Dassault 3 DS PLM. Pg. MP, PMP, PRINCE 2 or equivalent program management certification. Six Sigma green or black belt. Experience with IATF quality standards and APQP framework. What we offer.
