What You'll Do. As a key member of our operations team, you will: Operate and monitor wastewater treatment equipment such as pumps, valves, motors, belt presses, and disinfection systems Perform routine testing, process monitoring, and basic laboratory analysis Maintain and troubleshoot treatment systems, ensuring optimal performance Record and track plant data, including flow rates, chemical usage, and system performance Respond to after-hours emergencies and callouts to repair equipment and systems Conduct preventative maintenance and support mechanical and electrical repairs Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and secure at all times Provide excellent internal and external customer service when needed Follow all safety, regulatory, and operational procedures What You Bring We're seeking candidates with prior wastewater or water treatment experience who are ready to hit the ground running.
