Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and account-access issues. Monitor, triage, and resolve tickets through the ITSM system within defined SLAs. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment. Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory account administration. Perform workstation imaging, deployment, updates, and configuration. Assist users with VPN, remote access, and basic network connectivity issues. Document solutions, update knowledge base articles, and maintain accurate ticket notes. Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teams following established procedures. Support onboarding/offboarding tasks including equipment setup and account provisioning. Maintain a high level of customer service and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users REQUIREMENTS:1-3 years of IT support, help desk, or service desk experience. Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts. Experience with ticketing/ ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar)Ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
