New Business Development Representative Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year Growth Opportunity Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping a growing company expand its market presence? Due to tremendous growth over the past several years, we are seeking a motivated New Business Development Representative to join our successful team. In this role, you will focus on developing new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and building long-term client partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales and growth strategy. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, and industry outreach Develop strategic plans to target prospective clients and expand market share Build strong relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs and presenting customized solutions Lead negotiations and close new business agreements Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and account transitions Work closely with marketing to support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software such as Salesforce Track sales activity, forecast growth opportunities, and meet performance goals Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong business development and relationship-building skills Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, is a plus Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset
