PacTec is seeking a Quality Control & Inventory Inspector who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory records while supporting quality control activities related to raw materials and finished products. This role combines inspection, documentation, inventory management, and warehouse support to help maintain product quality, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company standards and procedures. Requirements Quality Control Responsibilities. Conduct inspections, testing, and evaluations of raw materials and finished products. Identify, document, and communicate quality issues, defects, and discrepancies. Maintain accurate inspection reports, quality records, and related documentation. Verify products and materials meet company specifications and requirements. Assist with investigations and corrective actions related to quality concerns. Support compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and company quality procedures. Inventory Responsibilities. Maintain accurate inventory counts and inventory tracking reports for raw materials and finished goods. Perform routine physical inventory counts and cycle counts in warehouse locations. Reconcile inventory discrepancies by reviewing shipping, receiving, and production records. Update inventory spreadsheets and databases daily to reflect inventory movement. Review incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure inventory accuracy. Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and production departments regarding inventory issues. Assist with inventory audits and data verification activities. Pick up, move, or deliver products and materials to designated locations as needed. Teamwork & Communication. Communicate effectively with production, quality, inventory, and management teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and inventory processes. Maintain organized and accurate records and documentation. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Education & Experience. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in quality control, inventory management, warehouse operations, or manufacturing preferred. Technical training or CAD experience is a plus. Skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Basic math and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify discrepancies and solve problems effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 35 lbs. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, turn, and reach for extended periods of time. Ability to work in warehouse and manufacturing environments, including varying temperatures and conditions. Ability to operate computers, scanners, and other office or warehouse equipment.
