Job Summary AVID is a system that targets potential college students who need support. AVID prepares these students by teaching them college readiness skills. Students are enrolled in advanced courses and given academic support through tutors. Requirements / Qualifications 1) Current College Student with minimum of 2.5 GPA 2) College transcripts 2) Cover Letter - Letter of Introduction expressly made for this position 3) Resume 4) Two letters of recommendation.
