The Temporary Digital Specialist will provide short-term support to the digital team during multiple employee leave periods. This role will initially focus on web page authoring and promotional page updates, then transition to supporting paid digital marketing execution and reporting. In the first phase of the assignment, the specialist will create and maintain promotional web pages within the Optimizely CMS platform to support monthly campaigns and promotional launches. As team needs evolve, the role will shift toward managing paid digital campaigns, including campaign activation and scheduling, creative updates, budget tracking, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms are essential. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Create promotional web pages and page updates using the Optimizely CMS platform. Configure page settings and publish schedules to align with the promotional calendar. Support the execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and Simpli.fi. Start, pause, and adjust campaigns based on promotional timing and business priorities. Update campaign creative, copy, and campaign settings as needed. Maintain advertising budget tracking across overall, divisional, and community-level spend. Prepare and distribute performance reports for divisional leadership, including campaign pacing, spend, and results. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of digital initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail. Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA 4), Optimizely, and Salesforce. Your Education and Experience Experience authoring and publishing content within a website CMS platform. Experience supporting paid digital media campaigns, including campaign setup, updates, and budget tracking. Experience with digital performance reporting and analysis preferred. This is a temporary position expected to run from May 2026through February 2027. Please note that temporary roles are not eligible for benefits.
