First Shift (Tuesday through Friday from 08:00 am to 04:30 pm)Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Remove trash and debris from grounds and common areas. Conduct weeding and general plant care to maintain landscaping. Assist with basic maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas. Monitor property conditions and report any safety or maintenance concerns. Ensure all outdoor spaces are clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Part time-Grounds Keeper Qualifications:Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks. Dependable transportation and punctuality.
