Advise clients on a wide range of business matters, including entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, risk mitigation, and general counsel services Handle a variety of corporate and commercial transactions for small to mid-sized businesses Maintain and develop client relationships, including growing a personal book of business Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver holistic legal solutions Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and firm development initiatives Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Licensed to practice in Missouri, or eligible for admission via reciprocity 10 years of corporate/commercial legal experience, ideally in a law firm environment Demonstrated ability to manage matters independently and serve as lead counsel on transactions Portable book of business (target: $250 K preferred) Excellent drafting, analytical, and client service skills Experience in real estate, employment, or regulatory compliance considered an asset Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $150,000-$170,000, depending on experience and book of business Origination bonus: 15% of revenue from client work originated by the attorney Hybrid work schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) Supportive infrastructure including administrative, marketing, and paralegal resources Collegial, high-integrity work culture with strategic long-term vision To Apply: Qualified candidates are invited to submit a confidential resume and brief summary of their current practice or book of business.
