Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and maintain strong client relationships Draft and review legal documents, including discovery, motions, pleadings, and briefs throughout the life of a case Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda Gather evidence, interview clients and witnesses, and assist in developing case strategy Attend and assist at hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings Support trial preparation, including witness examination, opening statements, trial motions, exhibits, and jury instructions Prepare witnesses for depositions and trial Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.
