Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing passengers’ baggage and promptly addressing any related concerns. Job Duties: Assist passengers with baggage pick-up, loading, unloading, and resolve issues with their delayed, lost, or damaged items. Set up conveyances to sort and distribute incoming bags. Scan and ensure, correct tagging and loading of each bag. Forward and receive bags to and from TSA. Take care of the safety scanner and other equipment. Adhere to all safety procedures and policies. Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards. Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy. Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.
