Provide feedback to the General Manager regarding store associates' performance, certification(s), and competencies. Other responsibilities as deemed necessary Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures, deadlines, and visual merchandising standards. Identify areas for process improvement and implement plans to reduce waste and inefficiencies. As a leader in the store, ensure regular loss prevention compliance. Assist the General Manager in providing guidance and effective coaching to associates for improved performance. Contribute to increasing sales and profitability through conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), and customer satisfaction improvement initiatives. External Key Carrier Responsibilities: Maintain the safety and security of the building and associates during the absence of other managers. In partnership with all associates, ensure regular loss prevention compliance. Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including activation and deactivation of the store's alarm system, cash handling, and daily store balancing.
