Summer Intern - Construction Products Group (CPG): Supports daily business operations by rotating through key functions such as People Operations, Safety, Sales, and production to gain hands-on exposure to the aggregates business. Assists with data entry, project support, and operational tasks while promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with company standards. Utilize various skill sets/knowledge during day-to-day operations and to achieve team/company goals. Analyzes various GL accounts Actual and forecast reporting Data entry work as required Presentation to leadership focused on sharing your experience, accomplishments, and results at the end of your internship Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed What you will need: Upcoming Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor's degree Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of company personnel Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability High degree of self-motivation, passion, and a drive to learn Proficient in MS Office with advance Excel skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn from mentors and peers Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
