Clearance: Active Top-Secret clearance required. Citizenship: U.S. Citizen. Required Experience:Ability to escort and monitor personnel within secure environments. Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and leadership. Ability to work in a customer-facing environment. Physical Requirements:Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout secure facilities for extended periods of time. Position may require occasional lifting and/or movement of moderate amounts of weight, depending on assignment requirements. Preferred Qualifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling, tracking)Prior customer service experience. Previous government or customer-site experience. Construction or vendor oversight experience. Experience working in complex or fast-paced environments. Comfortable overseeing diverse teams and personalities. Work Schedule & Conditions. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0600 - 1430 or 0700 - 1530 Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week (Overtime may be available or required.)Flexibility Requirements: Must be available for occasional weekend and overnight shift support. Occasional weekend support: 0700 - 1530 Occasional overnight support: 2100 - 0500 Compensation & Benefits. Rate: $ 41.00 per hour.
