What You'll Do: - Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution - Handle trucking accident and commercial vehicle cases - Take and defend depositions - Argue motions and attend hearings - Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations - Assist with trial preparation and actively participate at trial - Work closely with experienced partners on high-exposure cases ?? Qualifications: ? 4 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience ? Experience with trucking accidents and catastrophic injury cases ? Strong litigation, deposition, and motion practice skills ?
