Lead the technical design and development of scalable backend systems supporting agency and merchant ecosystem growth initiatives. - Drive platform reliability and product experience improvements through monitoring, alerting, operational tooling, and performance optimization. - Architect and evolve systems supporting merchant enablement, agency collaboration, and large-scale matchmaking capabilities across the platform ecosystem. - Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across governance, seller operations, financial systems, and platform infrastructure teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Contribute to long-term platform strategy, technical roadmap planning, and architecture evolution for complex e-commerce business domains. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - Proficiency in backend software development using Go and/or Java, with strong coding fundamentals and software engineering best practices. - Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems, asynchronous services, and high-concurrency applications. - Strong understanding of data systems and database technologies, including relational databases, Elasticsearch, Hive, or similar large-scale data platforms. - Demonstrated ability to optimize system performance, data models, and service reliability in complex production environments. - Experience leading system design and architectural planning for large-scale platforms and business-critical systems. - Ability to abstract complex business problems into scalable technical solutions and drive long-term platform evolution. - Strong business acumen with the ability to partner cross-functionally and align technical solutions to business goals, operational workflows, and user experience needs. Preferred Qualifications: - E-commerce industry experience is preferred.
