This section describes the primary /essential responsibilities that this job performs. Handle products safely. Conduct physical inspection of product to identify damages goods, perform touch- up and repair as needed on product. Place products in designated storage areas safely. Prepare and load customer delivery trucks. Unload and safely place products in customer home. Understand and comply with all store policies and procedures. Remove all the packaging materials from the location. Communication and documents customer concerns to Warehouse Support. Communicates credit, damage and essential information to the Customer Service Department. May be required to complete shipping/ receiving paperwork May be required to complete Department of Transportation paperwork. Maintains a clean and organized warehouse area. Maintain a professional image. Assist driver as needed with vehicle inspection, routine maintenance and fueling of vehicle at approved locations. Completes other assignments and special projects as requested. Maintains reliable attendance. Secondary Job Functions This section describes the secondary responsibilities that this job performs. Maintain reliable attendance. Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.
