Order glass and parts needed to complete auto and flat service requests. Ensure all supplies are up to kept in stock. Check in and verify receipt of parts needed to complete service requests. Schedule and ensure completion of all fabrication of products completed in house. Coordinate with all locations to ensure all parts are received and placed where needed. Receive incoming calls and walk-in customers in professional and courteous manner. Give bids, follow-up with customers, and perform record keeping functions. Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints. Assist with efficient scheduling and routing of service professionals to help meet sales goals. Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions. Job Requirements:Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications. Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Professional appearance and personality Prior procurement, dispatching, and/or sale experience is a plus. Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus. Education and/or Experience - Minimum of high school diploma, college degree preferred. - Computer literacy and the ability to use standard applications, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Personality suitable to communication effectively with customers and fellow employees. - Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle. - Professional appearance and personality. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). - Must be self-motivated, energetic and results oriented.
