Position description The Literatures of the World Section in the Department of Literature at the University of California San Diego is seeking a part-time appointment beginning in the Fall 2026 Quarter to teach three intermediate French courses for the academic year. Duties include: - Designing syllabi and teaching 3 intermediate French courses 2 A, 2 B, 2 C per year - Administering and scoring placement exams during Winter and Spring quarter only. - Reviewing and processing enrollment authorization requests via EA - Sy during Winter and Spring quarter only. - Office hours Qualifications Basic qualifications (required at time of application) - M.
