Responsible for the supervision and performance of the poker dealers Development of staff, evaluating, hiring and training. Assists Poker Floor Supervisor/ Greeter with monitoring with reviewing and managing the department's promotions and tournaments. Review poker room activities and promotional status with Director of Poker. Assists Poker Floor Supervisor/ Greeter with monitoring and adjusting performance to local competition. Excellent customer service. Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge of state gaming laws and regulations Qualifications Must-Haves:One (1) to two (2) years' experience as a poker dealer or poker floor supervisor with a four (4) year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience. Technical school education in dealing specified games. Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency. Physical Requirements:Must be able to carry a tray. High volume, 24, hour liquor and beverage service. Loud, high-energy work environment.
