Operate and monitor CNC/ PLC equipment to meet control plan requirements. Troubleshoot alarms, faults, and perform minor repairs to maintain production. Record defects, rework, and scrap per nonconformance procedures. Monitor tooling wear and perform tool changes to ensure quality. Partner with team members on process improvements and error-proofing. Train and certify machine technicians to quality and performance standards. Review work instructions and control plans; escalate deviations as needed. Enter production and quality data and review digital performance metrics. Verify gage calibration and monitor critical characteristics. Proactively assess equipment to minimize downtime. Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards; maintain a clean work area Minimum Requirements. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. AND - At least 3 years of Machining Experience Additional Requirements.
