Customer Service & Business Office Associate Greeting/assisting visitors at the front desk and routing incoming phone calls Recruiting responsibilities such as: Scheduling interviews, running background checks, associate on-boarding Managing the payroll system by: Entering new associates, correcting punches, documenting absences Accounting responsibilities such as: Entering transactions into an expense tracking report, submitting invoices/checks, collecting/depositing rent payments Training support such as: Printing training forms, submitting and documenting completed trainings, running reports of overdue trainings Submitting forms such as: Associate changes, meeting minutes, injuries, garnishments, employment verifications, etc. Bonus opportunities--Customer Service & Business Office Associate Employee referrals Employee of the month/year Resident tour (move-in)Why we should be your "home away from home" Work environment: Our focus is to maximize the potential of every life we touch. Requirements Requirements--Customer Service & Business Office Associate Required: Experience in office-related administrative tasks Required: Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy Required: Strong organizational skills Required: Working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Outlook software Required: Work well in a fast-paced environment Required: Ability to keep confidentiality while working with sensitive information.
