As a Sr Business Systems Specialist on the Super User Network (SUN) Quality Assurance (QA) team, you'll diagnose and resolve complex business process and application issues within SAP Quality Management (QM), serving as a subject matter expert and key liaison between QA business stakeholders and IT. You'll ensure optimal system performance, provide root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements, and speak on behalf of the business in projects, system implementations, and critical incidents impacting Nestlé Purina. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP QM issues across multiple functional areas, performing root cause analysis and providing sustainable solutions Support and manage inspection lot processes, including triggers, status management, test plans, and execution of usage decisions Maintain and troubleshoot material batch structures, including shelf-life calculations, salvage dates, and batch status Evaluate QA processes and assess compliance with Nestlé and Nestlé Purina standards, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement Leverage working knowledge of SAP technical concepts (including IDO - Cs, batch jobs, configurations, and data tables) to support issue resolution and system performance Partner with QA, IT, and business teams to drive resolution, communicate updates, and support ongoing QA operational effectiveness Lead and support system implementations and business initiatives, including gap analysis, user acceptance testing, and validation across functional areas Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, supporting critical incidents that impact factory production and ensuring timely escalation, communication, and resolution Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent 5 years of experience working with SAP's Quality Management (QM) module or equivalent enterprise quality management systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting end users across factory operations 3 years of experience in factory-related processes such as production scheduling, quality checks, and manufacturing operations Other Associate's degree from an accredited university is preferred Plant Data Collection experience or equivalent data steward role in a factory/plant setting is preferred Experience working with SAP QM or quality management processes in the food, manufacturing, or other regulated industry environments is preferred Knowledge of inspection lot triggers and quality check processes (process orders, manufacturing, shipping) is preferred Don’t meet all the qualifications listed under “other”? The approximate yearly pay range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
