We're looking for an Associate Product Manager responsible to build, maintain, and scale our demos that supports rapid product evolution and customer engagement. You'll be the enabling our sales and product leadership to showcase our solutions effectively. What You'll Do. Build and maintain demos for events, launches, and customer presentations. Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop demo strategies. Execute deployment processes and ensure cross-functional alignment across systems. Provide ongoing support as demo expert for critical customer engagements. Develop automated provisioning, teardown, and monitoring processes for demo environments. Configure demos with realistic data, automation, and persona-based access. Implement integrations with supporting systems (Salesforce, Slack, hyperscalers, monitoring tools)Troubleshoot technical issues before critical presentations. Create and maintain documentation for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. What We're Looking For. AI & Demo Expertise. Understanding of product lifecycles, go-to-market processes, and customer demonstration needs. Experience with building demos, provisioning and management of necessary infrastructure. Proficiency with AI tools is required. Collaboration & Process. Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. Experience managing multiple priorities and supporting time-sensitive asks. Strategic thinker with a bias for action and process improvement. Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve issues under pressure. Preferred Experience. Background in supporting sales engineering or customer-facing technical roles. Familiarity with event management and large-scale demo logistics. Experience with demo automation tools and self-service provisioning platforms 4 years in DevOps, infrastructure, or technical operations roles, preferably in tech or Saas.
