We are seeking an experienced Saddle Stitcher Operator for a full-time, 2nd shift position in our fast-paced commercial print facility. This role requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting Muller Martini Bravo and Presto 2 equipment. The ideal candidate will have solid mechanical aptitude, sharp attention to detail for quality control, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to meeting strict prod[ "\n\t. Perform make-readies, changeovers, and machine adjustments to optimize run speeds and minimize downtime.\n\t. Monitor product quality throughout production, including trim size, stitch quality, pagination, folds, and overall finished appearance.\n\t. Troubleshoot mechanical, feeding, stitching, trimming, and delivery issues to maintain efficient workflow.\n\t. Conduct routine preventative maintenance, lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment.\n\t. Coordinate with prepress, press, bindery, and shipping teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.\n\t. Accurately record production data, downtime, waste, and job notes in production tracking systems.\n\t.
