Manage end to end feature backlog. Measure/ Manage product area metrics to drive flow of value. Relentless Improvement. Strategize and drive relentless improvement across product area including but not limited to; Process, Toolsets, Metrics and Practices. Point of contact for the workstream implementation. Sustained Coaching. Coach Product & Agile Transformation, SDLC, Time Tracking, ECM, TCM, Annual Planning and other organization guidance. Coach roles & responsibilities according to the established POM, Agile Playbook, EFT, ERFT, RDL guidelines. Success Metrics. Leverage or establish dashboards to drive execution within the established guarding rails to improve predictability. Measures to indicate the delivery of the product roadmap such as Objectives predictability, CI/ CO achievement etc. The candidate will need to demonstrate experience to execute as a regular Scrum Master as well.
