As a Security Guard Unarmed Perimeter Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support security-related operations, and remain visible to help deter incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.39 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, loading and unloading areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and delivery activity, following site protocols for access control, visitor processing, and/or vehicle verification. Support day-to-day location operations by reporting hazards, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, and assisting with order and traffic flow around active shipping and receiving areas. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
