As a Security Officer Desk Monitor in INDIANAPOLIS, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.91 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Monitor front desk activity, verify identification and/or access credentials, and help to document visitor arrivals, departures, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Answer phones, greet guests, provide directions, and help to maintain an organized front desk presence while supporting access control and other security-related expectations. Prepare accurate logs, reports, and/or incident documentation, and help to follow established protocols for alarms, emergencies, and other security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements:CPR and First Aid experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
