As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Role in Mulberry, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/ Petrochemical, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM - Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM - Sat 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM - Sun 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, unusual conditions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout operational areas, access points, restricted areas, and the perimeter, noting and reporting unauthorized activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or vehicles in accordance with site protocols, helping to support proper access control and visitor processing. Complete routine reports and logs related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or operational observations, and follow post orders for a chemical and petrochemical location. Minimum Requirements:A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
