How you’ll make an impact in this role Collaborate with Agile teams to design apps and services that transform the healthcare journey for patients and clinicians. Synthesize research findings into actionable insights to improve digital accessibility and user satisfaction. Create wireframes and prototypes based on human-centered principles to test, refine, and simplify complex healthcare concepts. Present design solutions to stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment with user needs, business objectives and technical hand-off. Engage in mentorship, feedback sessions, and potential site visits to understand how digital design impacts real-world healthcare environments.
