How you’ll make an impact in this role Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing education activities and competency-based programs across the continuum of care. Collaborate with nursing leaders and staff to identify educational needs and support clinical competency development. Design and deliver nursing education programs using effective learning methods, tools, and performance measurements. Serve as a consultant for Nursing Professional Development (NPD) initiatives, supporting clinical performance improvement and professional growth. Manage and maintain inter-professional competency and performance standards to promote practice at the highest level of licensure. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
