Seeking $500 K Book of Business | Immediate Integration Preferred We are working with a growth-oriented public accounting firm that is actively seeking to acquire and integrate an established $500 K tax book of business. The firm is prepared to move quickly for the right portfolio and values a smooth, client-first transition. This initiative is part of a long-term growth strategy focused on expanding advisory capabilities, deepening client relationships, and adding senior-level tax leadership. Ideal Book of Business Profile - Approximately $500 K in recurring tax and advisory revenue - Client base consisting of closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and/or multinational entities - Strong client retention and ethical practice management - Opportunity for cross-selling, advisory expansion, and long-term growth Leadership & Transition Expectations - The firm is seeking a senior tax leader to transition with the book if they choose and provide continuity, leadership, and advisory depth throughout the integration process.
