This role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys owning projects from start to finish, working closely with superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly. What you'll be doing: Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and owner communication Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders Identify and resolve project issues before they become larger problems Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally What they're looking for: Experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor Strong background managing ground-up and/or tenant improvement commercial projects Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Procore or similar construction management software experience is a plus Local Colorado construction experience is preferred This is a confidential search, and company details will only be shared with qualified candidates after an initial conversation.
