Patient Access Trainer, Full Time, Hybrid. Travel required between all UMMS Facilities. Flexible work schedule needed. Develops, coordinates, and delivers training programs for new and existing staff responsible for registration, bed control, and scheduling functions. Designs and organizes comprehensive training courses for Patient Access and support staff, covering departmental policies and procedures, registration data quality standards, medical necessity software, scanning applications, and coding tools.
