What’s a typical day like as a Customer Service Account Manager? You will: - Work as part of an internally-facing team to provide operational support throughout all stages of aircraft engine repair projects - Act as a liaison and handle the flow of communication between the repair shop and other key departments such as Engineering, Quality, Finance and Supply Chain - Provide regular status updates and reports to internal teams - Work with other customer service team members to meet time-sensitive deadlines and solve daily challenges with minimal oversight - Manage all associated paperwork (physical and electronic) and CRM system updates
