Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements. Experience using JIRA - Experience in client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management. Experience teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts. Active TS/ SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam. Bachelor's degree. Nice if You Have:Knowledge of the project management framework. Knowledge of agency or intelligence community and IT infrastructures. Possession of excellent problem-solving skills to provide technical assistance to IT development teams. Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers. Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills. Master's degree. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification. Security CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification.
