Provide tactical response for the monitoring and coordination of outage response and triage for all Tier I inputs to include network and system monitoring as well as communication & coordination during outage or maintenance scenarios. Be responsible for providing real time operations support during major incidents as well as triage, validation, and escalation of any actual or potential network/system issues.
