Provide tactical response for the monitoring and coordination of outage response and triage for all Tier I inputs to include network and system monitoring as well as communication & coordination during outage or maintenance scenarios. Be responsible for providing real time operations support during major incidents as well as triage, validation, and escalation of any actual or potential network/system issues. Ability to follow established guidelines, policies and procedures. Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills. To be successful in this role you will have:Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance U. S Citizenship required Associate degree. Or a High School diploma with 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) principals Education Must possess excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills Ability to read and follow documented processes and procedures Additional desired experience and skills: Comp. TIA Security Certification (preferred)Secret clearance (Preferred)Experience with Ticketing systems; Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira, and SolarWinds Web Helpdesk Company Overview Serco Inc.
