You have a desire to learn and experience new things, and a passion for improvements. Key job responsibilities. The Sr Program Manager will have a proven track record of developing and implementing complex programs - from idea to launch - in partnership with cross-functional teams. You will own and drive initiatives to continually improve the recruiting lifecycle. You will define timelines and communicate on status, risks, and process changes. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment, operating in all levels of the organization. You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity and fast pace and relish the idea of solving hard problems. This position requires analytical strength, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to synthesize moving parts and drive the business forward. The role demands a strong sense of urgency, the ability to influence and make sound judgement calls, and willingness to roll up your sleeves. A day in the life. As a program leader, you will partner strategically with senior leaders across Amazon's People Experience and Technology team, representatives across Amazon's lines of business, and internal AUTA team colleagues as the voice of the customer. You will be responsible for refining existing processes, and building new processes, that connect candidates with opportunities at Amazon. Key areas of focus include: application processes, interviewing, candidate assessments, candidate placement and offers. Basic Qualifications- 5 years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications- 2 years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field- PMP -
