This role will cover and travel Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, but will need to travel outside of these states on occasion, based on business needs. - - Must live in one of the states above The Associate Director, Site Engagement, is responsible for supporting day to day revenue cycle operations across assigned centers and CB - Os, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high quality performance. This role executes short term strategies to achieve team objectives, provides ongoing mentorship to center and CBO teammates, and resolves operational issues while appropriately escalating barriers. The position leads and participates in integration activities, manages non CBO exception reporting, and monitors center level KPIs to drive accountability and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide revenue cycle training and mentoring for Business Office Managers and teammates Addresses and supports daily operational issues; escalating unresolved & critical issues upward Integration activities Patient Accounting System conversions Onboarding/training Participate in planning sessions Metrics analysis with action planning Monthly metric call participation with Central Business Offices (CBO) Non-CBO center metric review with escalation as needed Review productivity and accuracy, develop improvement plans and seek support from leadership Payer Contract Education Management Communication cadence of regional, market or enterprise revenue cycle initiatives/activities Business Office operational assessments Participate in Market meetings New Field Leadership Onboarding Support & BOM mentoring Qualifications. High School Diploma or higher Minimum of 5 years revenue cycle leadership experience, ASC expertise preferred Ensures high levels of precision and quality across all tasks Excellent communication and organizational skills Demonstrates strong capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively Ability to read and interpret commercial payer contracts, CMS guidelines and regulatory requirements Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365 applications and relevant revenue cycle platforms Must be proficient using Organization technology tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Planner and Teams Strong time management skills Works independently with minimal supervision, and proactively takes initiative Ability to travel up to 70% of the time as project needs arise Must live in either Massachusetts, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, New York or Maryland USD $110,000.00/ Yr.
