Early Intervention Service Supervisor

The primary purpose of this position is to provide clinical and administrative supervision, guidance, technical assistance, and support for the ITP Service Coordinators and other CDSA personnel who serve children referred to and enrolled in the NC Infant-Toddler Program. This position is also responsible for hiring and training direct-service CDSA staff, completing work performance evaluations, and ensuring EISC and clinician compliance with State and Federal regulations for the Infant/ Toddler Program. The position will also involve supervision of operations in two CDSA satellite offices; Iredell and Rowan County. Along with the Director and other staff, this employee is also responsible for training/collaborating with other public and private providers of early intervention services, and participates as a member of the CDSA Management Team in long-range planning, policy and procedure development, and budget management. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/ Management Preferences. Salary Range: $55,221-$96,639 Recruitment Range: $55,221-$60,571 Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they have the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. The following Management Preferences are not required, but applicants that possess these skills are preferred. Knowledge of typical child development, including developmental delays, disabilities, and established conditions. Skill in organization and management of time and resources to effectively support service delivery. Ability to work with regulations, policies, and evidence-based practices applicable to planning, developing, directing, and evaluating Infant-Toddler services. Knowledge of Medicaid service definitions and documentation requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy. Ability to coordinate and instruct staff, family members, and service providers, while establishing rapport with diverse populations, families, and community agencies. Physical Requirements:Must be able to drive and travel by car across the CDSA’s defined catchment area. - Position is 100% funded through federal funds. - Position is eligible for a hybrid-teleworking schedule to include weekly onsite work hours - Posting closes at 11:59 p.m. the night before the end date.
