The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for seamless registration and cashiering service for our guests. The individual must be able to handle various guest requests, inquiries, and issues, and be responsible for the follow up of such circumstances. The person we seek must have excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, and good problem solving ability. The individual will be fluent in reading, writing and spoken English language skills. Previous front office experience is preferred and must be able to work overnights. Prior New York experience is preferred. Additional plus: prior experience with Opera and Micros computer systems.
