Team Overview:This role sits at the center of a fast-growing technology organization that powers the firms marketing and digital experiences. As the Department Leader, you will oversee the technology that supports all marketing platforms, websites, and tools used to engage and nurture clients. With the area doubling in size over the past year and major digital experience redesigns underway, this is a unique opportunity to lead large-scale software delivery while shaping how marketing technology comes to life across the firm. What Youll Do:As Department Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery, operations, and evolution of the technology that enables marketing strategy and digital experiences. Youll lead Team Leaders, Tech Delivery Managers and Solutions Engineers responsible for software development and support, while partnering closely with Marketing and Product teams to translate vision into scalable, reliable technology solutions. Lead a department supporting marketing technology platforms, websites, and digital tools used firmwide. Provide direct leadership to multiple Team Leaders, a vendor Tech TDM and a Solution Engineer, with oversight of onshore and offshore engineering teams. Partner with Marketing and Product leaders to align technology delivery with experience in design and business objectives. Oversee delivery of large-scale software initiatives, including enterprise digital experience redesign efforts. Establish and execute department-level plans aligned to firm and divisional strategy. Drive continuous improvements to delivery processes, governance, and operational practices. Manage departmental budgets and ensure effective use of financial resources. Oversee system availability, delivery risks, and escalations impacting marketing platforms and client-facing experiences. What Youll Need. Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or equivalent related work experience 7 years of experience in Information Systems or software delivery roles, including 3 years in a team or department leadership capacity. Experience leading software development and delivery teams supporting enterprise platforms or digital products. Working knowledge of system development methodologies, including SDLC, change management, QA, and release processes. Understanding of enterprise technology environments, system integrations, and infrastructure dependencies. Experience supporting or delivering marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, knowledge of Salesforce platforms in the EDJ ecosystem, web platforms)Experience managing leaders (Team Leaders or Project Leaders) and large, distributed engineering teams. Experience overseeing budgets and long-term technology initiatives with firmwide impact - - Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday. - - Current INTERNAL home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status.
