Manage all financial aspects of program execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the program lifecycle. Monitor and analyze program costs, including labor, material, subcontract, and ODCs, comparing performance against budget and forecast. Develop quarterly EA - Cs and support accurate projection of ETC, EAC, and LRE financial data. Perform variance analysis for key financial metrics—including EAC, sales, profit, and cash—and clearly identify drivers of performance deviations. Prepare and present program financials and insights during Program Reviews with management. Manage end-to-end program invoicing activities. Perform additional duties and support tasks as assigned. Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting; or. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex financial issues. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to convey financial insights clearly to diverse stakeholders. Experience working with multiple contract types (CP, FFP, T&M) and a solid understanding of revenue recognition principles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Hyperion Forecasting, LN, Cobra, and SharePoint. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functional teams. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D. C, Denver, or NYC areas is $88,000 - $164,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
