Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00 pm to 10:00 pm)When busy, 2nd shift will stay until 12 Midnight. You must be able to work these hours in order to be considered. Perform a variety of manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and shipping tasks. Work meticulously with various industrial components and mechanical products. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring product integrity. Collaborate effectively as part of a team, cross-training on multiple functions to support production needs. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Production Technician Qualifications:Must have a High school diploma or GED - Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment. Must possess good hand dexterity and exceptional attention to detail. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment. Must pass a Basic Industrial Math test. Successfully pass a pre-employment physical. Ability to frequently stand and walk for extended periods, covering approximately 5-7 miles during a shift. Work involves handling some chemicals and requires the use of latex gloves. Must wear provided ear protection; personal earbuds or Air. Pods are not permitted. The facility is climate-controlled. Steel-toe shoes are required at all times. No jewelry is permitted in the production are. Fake or acrylic nails are not allowed. Smoking, vaping, or dipping tobacco is strictly prohibited anywhere on company premises. Applicant may be subject to a background check.
