In this role, you'll provide personalized treatments that leave a lasting impression, helping guests relax, recharge, and feel truly cared for. With a focus on connection and comfort, youll be part of a spa environment where your skill, attention to detail, and guest-first mindset make all the difference. THE STARTING RATE: Commission based, plus tips. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations. Ensure guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in massage modalities including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue and related body services per treatment and department protocols. Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:1 years of prior relevant experience as a massage therapist is preferred Must currently hold a Nevada issued Massage Therapy License.
