Responsibilities Configure and deploy workstation to new hires, ensuring their software stacks are licensed and functional. Use Autopilot and Intune to configure new devices. Coordinate with supervisory staff to confirm new hire software needs. Follow up with the new hire to confirm all needs met immediately after start. Complete Budgeted PC Replacements for existing users. Ensure that profile caching takes place through various methods. Reclaim and redeploy existing equipment. Determine the current configuration state of computers and return devices to our defined base configuration. Ensure that all AD and Entra objects align for redeployment. Complete inventory management steps. Unpack and store equipment. Update ITSM platform, as required. Reinstall, configure, and validate required non-standard, licensed, and specialty applications; coordinate with designated client technical contacts when license keys, activation codes, or elevated access are required. This role is best suited for technicians who have already performed enterprise endpoint refresh, migration, or field deployment work at scale and who can operate with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism. This role involves lifting and transporting computers, peripherals, and related equipment up to 75 LB and extended standing/walking; and frequent user interaction throughout the day and hands on high volume, fast pace and able to multitask under deadlines. Workload for this position is expected to be deployed 2-3 devices per day, maintaining a stock of base configuration devices for mechanical failure replacements and short-turnaround onboarding tasks. Reconfiguration of approximately 600 devices through expected attrition rate, and deployment of 400 new devices. Required Skills & Required Experience Must have 1 years of experience in enterprise computer imaging, hardware refresh, MS Autopilot deployment. Knowledge of AD, Intune, Autopilot and high level of proficiency in Windows operating system required. Candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. A/ E/ C industry experience not required but highly preferred. Experience supporting Microsoft, iOS and Android operating systems preferred. Experience with Microsoft Entra & In. Tune, Bentley, and Auto. Desk products highly preferred. Must be physically able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Don't meet every single requirement?
