Greet guests and owners warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Generate guest folios, process payments, and balance transactions. Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments. Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and coordinate with the appropriate team members. Prepare arrival packets and local area information for guests. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked front desk area. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership. Night Audit Responsibilities:Complete nightly audit reports and ensure all system balances reconcile accurately. Verify daily arrivals, departures, and occupancy statistics. Review, post, and reconcile room rates, taxes, and applicable charges. Balance credit card transactions and investigate discrepancies. Prepare and distribute end-of-day and audit reports. Identify and resolve discrepancies related to reservations, billing, or payments. Ensure proper rollover of the property management system to the next business day. Assist with late check-ins and address guest concerns during overnight hours. What are we looking for? Proficient English language skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet interpersonal goals . months of Customer Service Experience. Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Preferred, but not required. Experience as a Front Desk/ Guest Services Agent. Experience handling credit card transactions.
