Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Business Operations Analyst to support the daily business operations, financial management and strategic vision of our department leadership team. This position reports to the Director of Business Operations and will reside in our Philadelphia office which offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. Key responsibilities include:Assisting with inventory management, matter budget development, pricing support and performance analysis. Developing financial and business analyses using Qlik, MS Access, MS Excel, and/or other financial software. Creating financial and statistical models and other tools to enhance and streamline reporting processes. Contributing to the annual budget preparation and subsequent quarterly variance reporting and analysis. Providing support for special projects and initiatives at the request of department leadership. Experience and preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline and 1-2 years’ professional experience with excellent financial and analytical skills. Strong technical skills including working knowledge of Microsoft products. Attention to detail with accompanying problem-solving skills. Excellent financial and analytical skills (including demonstrated proficiency in MS Office; Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent communication skills, outstanding judgment, a strong service orientation. The ability to manage multiple priorities and still deliver high quality work product. #LI-Hybrid.
